Mini Gallery Wall

I was inspired to make my own "mini" gallery wall after browsing through all the pictures of the Gallery Walls and Wall Arrangments on the Internet. Like the ones at The Inspired Room.

We gave our bedroom a facelift and I also gave my kiddos picture collage a facelift as well. Then, I gave them another facelift.

Well, after staring at them for a couple of weeks on the wall, the blue wall with the blue paper wasn't working. So, they are moving to one of our Cappuccino White walls and I replaced them with a mini frame arrangement made from scrapbook paper.

Wall Gallery

It was very simple and cheap to make. I love simple and cheap. :)

Gallery Frames

I didn't want to go with just black or just white frames. So, I did both. The triple photo frame was a gift. The two smaller black frames were purchased from Hobby Lobby unpainted and the two white frames where purchased at Big Lots (marked down).

Scrapbook Paper

I chose scrapbook paper that went with our room but are all different. I purchased them at Hobby Lobby and could have shopped there all day. There were so many different papers to choose from.

Painted Frame

I painted the two frames in a flat black.

I then used the existing insert for the frame as a pattern to cut out my scrapbook paper.

I placed the paper in the frames and layed them out into a pattern that I liked before hanging them on the wall.

Scrapbook Wall Arrangement

Easy peasy!

Cost for this project:

* Unpainted Frame: $1.99
* Unpainted Frame: $2.99
* Scrapbook Paper: $2.95
* White Frame (marked down): $2.00
* White Frame (marked down): $3.00

Total Cost: $12.93
